Design System Leadership
At Alea, the organization needed consistency and scalability across its user area. Multiple interfaces were evolving in parallel, creating inconsistencies and slowing down decision-making.
The challenge was not only to design and build a comprehensive set of components, but to ensure the system was properly implemented and adopted by both Product and Engineering.
I led the definition, documentation, and rollout of the design system, establishing clear guidelines and aligning stakeholders to embed it into the product workflow. The result was not just a component library, but a shared foundation that improved consistency, accelerated delivery, and supported sustainable product growth.
