Hi, I'm Pablo,
Product Designer, UX Lead, and Design Systems specialist.
With a background in front-end development, I’ve spent over 10 years working at the intersection of design and code. Early on, I recognized a common gap in usability and structure, which led me to transition into UX.
I’ve worked with companies like Nateevo, Kigo, Crisalix, and Guesty, building UX practices, aligning teams, and shaping product direction. In several roles, I established UX from the ground up.
In the last two years, I’ve specialized in Figma and design systems, leading their creation and adoption to ensure scalable and consistent products.
Today, I focus on connecting product, design, and business through systems thinking, building clarity, not just interfaces.
Achievements
Building a scalable design system to align product and engineering
In Alea, I led the creation and implementation of a scalable design system in Figma, aligning design and front-end teams.
Improved consistency and collaboration by connecting components to Storybook and establishing a shared system across products.

In Kigo, I introduced UX as a core part of the product development process, where it previously didn’t exist.

In La Caixa, I redesigned the event booking experience, eliminating key friction points that caused user frustration across Spain.

In IESE University, I redefined the information architecture of the corporate website to make content easier to navigate and discover.
